Who We Support

Built for real people, not tick boxes

We work with NDIS participants at every stage — children getting early intervention, adults building independence, and families who need someone in their corner.

Children & Young People

From early childhood through to adolescence, we support children with developmental delays, autism, cerebral palsy, communication difficulties, and more. We work closely with families and carers to build skills, confidence, and independence at every stage of a child's growth — in the home, at school, and in the community.

Adults

We support adults living with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities. Whether you are navigating life after an injury, managing a chronic condition, or working toward greater independence in your daily life — our team is here to walk alongside you with practical, compassionate, and goal-focused care.

Families & Carers

We know that disability affects the whole family. We work collaboratively with parents, carers, and loved ones — keeping them informed, involved, and empowered to support their family member in the best way possible.

Support Coordinators & Plan Managers

We are a trusted allied health partner for support coordinators and plan managers looking for reliable, high-quality providers for their participants. We make the referral process simple, communicate clearly, and always keep the participant's goals at the centre of everything we do.

Anyone Who Needs Us

You don't need to fit neatly into a category to access our support. If you or someone you love is living with disability and looking for allied health services, we would love to hear from you.

Our Commitments

What you can always count on from us

At Aimy Allied, our commitments are not just words on a page. They are the standard we hold ourselves to in every session, every report, every conversation, and every decision we make on behalf of our participants.

We Put You First

Every decision we make starts with one question — what is best for the participant? Your goals, your preferences, and your wellbeing will always come before anything else.

We Listen Before We Act

We take the time to truly understand your story, your challenges, and what matters most to you. We do not make assumptions — we ask, we listen, and we tailor our support accordingly.

We Deliver on Our Word

If we say we will be there, we will be there. If we say we will send that report, it will be done. We understand how much our participants and their families rely on us, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We Focus on Real Outcomes

We are not here to tick boxes. We measure our success by the genuine progress our participants make — the skills gained, the independence built, and the goals achieved.

We Communicate Clearly

No jargon, no confusion. We keep participants, families, carers, and support coordinators informed every step of the way — with honesty, transparency, and respect.

We Embrace Every Individual

We are proud to support participants from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds. We approach every person with cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and genuine respect for who they are.

We Uphold Your Privacy and Dignity

Your personal information and your dignity are safe with us — always. We handle every interaction with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

We Keep Growing

Allied health is always evolving, and so are we. Our team is committed to ongoing learning and professional development so that our participants always receive care that is current, evidence-based, and best practice.
