About Aimy Allied
We are an NDIS-aligned disability support service provider operating across New South Wales and Victoria. Our team of allied health professionals and support workers works with people of all ages to build skills, independence, and confidence — one goal at a time.
Built because the system was not working for people
Aimy Allied started from a simple observation: too many NDIS participants were falling through the cracks. Long wait times, unclear communication, practitioners who did not show up, and reports written in language no one could understand. People deserved better.
We built Aimy Allied to be the provider we would want for our own families. That means showing up on time. Writing reports in simpler terms. Listening before we act. And building every plan around what the participant actually wants — not what a template says they should want.
Today, we deliver 13 NDIS-aligned services across NSW and Victoria — from speech pathology and occupational therapy to support coordination, driving assessment, and community participation programs. Every service is person-centred, evidence-based, and designed to make a real difference in people's lives.

How we are different
We are not interested in being the biggest provider. We want to be the one you actually trust.
Simpler terms, always
We write reports and communicate in language you can actually understand. No jargon, no acronyms without explanation.
Goals-first approach
We start every relationship by understanding what you want to achieve. Your goals direct our work — not the other way around.
Coordinated care
If you need more than one type of therapy, our team works together. Shared notes, aligned goals, one team around you.
Person-centred is not a buzzword for us
Many providers say they are person-centred. For us, it means starting every relationship with a question: “What do you want to achieve?” Not “What does your plan say?” Not “What does our template offer?” Your goals.
From there, we build a plan that fits your life — not the other way around. We are flexible with scheduling (including evenings), we come to you, and we write reports that you can actually read and understand.
Our values
These are not wall decoration values. They guide how we hire, how we work, and how we make decisions when no one is watching.
Dignity
We treat every person with respect. We listen before we act, and we never make assumptions about what someone can or cannot do. Your voice leads every decision.
Choice and control
You decide your goals, your schedule, and your team. We provide information and support so you can make informed decisions — not decisions made for you.
Transparent communication
No jargon, no acronyms without explanation, no fine print. We communicate clearly so everyone understands what is happening, why, and what comes next.
Reliability
We show up on time, respond promptly, and do what we say we will do. If something changes, we let you know early. Consistency builds trust.
Where we work
Aimy Allied provides services across New South Wales and Victoria. Sessions take place at home, at school, at work, or in the community — wherever is most relevant to your goals. By appointment.
We deliver therapy and support in the settings where it matters most. If you need speech pathology at school, OT at home, or travel training on public transport — we meet you where your goals live.
Work with a team that puts you first
If you are looking for an NDIS provider that listens, communicates clearly, and shows up when they say they will — we would like to hear from you.
